We are looking on behalf of our client for a Broad based Quality Technician with experience of working within high volumes manufacturing environment.Proven ability to communicate with Customers, Suppliers and Internal personnel to establish and drive continuous improvement programs.

Identify key performance indicators, maintain and report progress

Key Responsibilities:

·Primarily Responsible for Goods-In Inspection and the completion of ISIR’s, but will be involved in production problem solving and possible supplier visits.

·Multi-disciplined Quality Technician Mechanical fields

·8D problem solving techniques

·Process controls and error prevention (Poka Yoke)

·Primarily Responsible for Goods-In Inspection and the completion of ISIR’s.

·Knowledge of ISO 9001:200

·Dimensional Layout Inspection methods – Drawing interpretation and measurement techniques - Possible CMM, gauge controls etc.

·Process Capability Study

·Process and Design FMEA, Control Plans

·Conversant with Microsoft Office software

·Develop skills and understanding of Quality from production teams through training and instruction.

Provide assistance and direction to continually develop the Quality Department in any activity as directed.
