Customer Service / Sales Personnel
Our client is based in West Swindon and they require Customer Service and Sales personnel. They pride themselves on their training and their working environment for their employees. The successful applicants will have 10 -12 weeks training with the Company academy, and once this is completed you will be placed in your new team with a manager who will be on hand to mentor you in your new role.
This is a Customer service role, whereby you will be taking calls from existing customers and helping them with their queries on the wide range of financial products. You will also be expected to generate sales leads from these calls and these will be passed to the sales team.
The role will be a temp – perm position for the right candidates. The Company will reward their permanent employees who work hard and consistently hit their targets, however please do be aware that this role is a customer service role with sales elements to it.
