Our client based in Central Swindon is looking to recruit Call Centre Operatives.  They are looking for Operators who have experience of Business to Business and Business to Personal tele sales.  Some examples of the campaigns that they work on are Insurance - Motor and Health Care, Loft and Cavity Wall Insulation and Search Engine Optimisation. Cold, Warm and Hot data

Ideally you will possess a strong sales background and have experience in selling over the telephone.  You are required to hit a conversion rate and sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

The successful candidate will be required to make outbound and receive inbound calls to sell the product, appointment, and service during the hours of Mon to Thursday 11.30am – 8pm and Friday 11am – 7.30pm, they also run a Saturday shift on a rota basis. The successful candidates must demonstrate sales skills and have experience in selling.  Full product training will be given to all successful candidates.

This assignment will be temporary to begin with, however could become permanent for the right candidates.
